About This Role
- Lead end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Manage medium to high impact projects involving process excellence, automation, AI, digital transformation, and operating model redesign in the Investments domain and technology/cloud areas.
- Oversee a team of 2-3 consultants, conduct workshops, stakeholder management, ensure governance, risk and benefits realization, and drive business development for process excellence consulting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a process consultant with project leadership in process excellence.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with international stakeholders (preferably UK) and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.

- Experienced senior consultant with strong background in investment domain transformations, migration, and technology/cloud projects.
- Proven ability to lead and manage consulting projects and small teams delivering process redesign and digital automation solutions.
