Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
Experience working with international stakeholders (preferably UK) and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Experienced senior consultant with strong background in investment domain transformations, migration, and technology/cloud projects.
Proven ability to lead and manage consulting projects and small teams delivering process redesign and digital automation solutions.
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management skills, and a commercial mindset for business development in process excellence.
