Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Finance or IT).
Oracle certifications in P2P or R2R modules preferred; additional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Finance Functional domain certifications are advantageous.
Experienced leader with proven capability managing support teams and ensuring SLA adherence in ERP environments.
Background in captive organizations within banking, insurance, or financial services sectors preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills demonstrated through cross-functional collaboration and change management involvement.
