About This Role
- Lead systems engineering delivery across programs ensuring technical governance in requirements, design, integration, verification, validation, transition, and sustainment.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to Systems Engineers on complex cross-functional systems involving software, hardware, APIs, data flows, and operational environments.
- Build and mentor a team of Systems Engineers, driving system ownership, risk mitigation, cross-functional decision-making, and program execution leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of engineering experience in systems engineering, solution engineering, integration, product engineering, or complex technical program delivery.
- Strong experience with requirements engineering, architecture/design, integration, verification, validation, change management, and tools like DOORS, JIRA, DevOps, ALM, Confluence, SysML/UML, SQL, APIs.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage budgets/resource planning, and collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineering, Test, Operations, and customer-facing teams.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable resolving complex, cross-functional engineering challenges and driving technical governance.
- Familiar with system lifecycle delivery and systems engineering best practices including requirements and architecture maturity.
- Capable of mentoring and developing future technical leaders within a systems engineering team environment.
