About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations that connect the core platform with customers' existing SaaS and non-SaaS systems using APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Own building and maintaining the Knowledge Graph through system integrations and enable seamless data flow.
- Collaborate across customer-facing teams and conduct onsite technical workshops; willing to travel up to 80% for customer engagements and implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software development, systems integration, or platform engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for onsite work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in direct customer-facing roles combined with technical implementation skills for complex integrations and AI-driven solutions.
- Skilled in large-scale data synchronization, API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), event-driven architectures, and data modeling including graph data structures.
- Practiced in deploying serverless/cloud functions with DevOps practices, and optimizing AI through prompt engineering and related AI frameworks.
