Experienced in leading complex, multi-vendor infrastructure operations and managing escalations with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to align infrastructure services with business objectives and transformation initiatives.
Skilled in driving operational excellence through ITIL best practices and continuous service improvement in hybrid cloud environments.
