About This Role
- Lead engineering managers and teams responsible for partner authentication, identity, entitlement, commerce, and onboarding services in a global streaming platform.
- Own end-to-end platform strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations, ensuring high reliability and operational discipline on critical subscriber sign-in and activation paths.
- Drive organizational capabilities through hiring, coaching, and developing leaders, while managing stakeholder relationships and defining measurable success metrics for partner integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-17 years of professional software engineering experience with at least 5 years managing engineering managers and large teams.
- Experience operating large scale distributed systems with significant external integration surfaces; expertise in API design, identity and access management, federated authentication/authorization, and operational excellence.
- Proven ability in platform program leadership across multiple teams and time zones, with strong communication skills for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: 15-17 years software engineering; 5+ years leading engineering managers and teams.
