About This Role
- Manage and develop a team of engineers and less experienced managers to build high quality software using modern technology.
- Ensure compliance with banking platform architecture and non-functional requirements across releases, including security, stability, and scalability.
- Serve as technical representative in cross-team collaborations, resolve technology roadblocks, and drive agile and DevOps practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Must work 3 days a week in office.
- Expertise in Java Full Stack, Cloud-Native app development, Kafka, Database, Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps required.
