About This Role
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate export shipments ensuring documentation accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Interco/Commercial teams and Engineering/Manufacturing to track product readiness and mitigate export risks.
- Develop and implement efficient export processes, monitor inventory via SIOP, maintain export dashboards, and manage communication and order status with Interco teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in process improvement or organizational development.
- Must have coordination experience with export documentation, shipment scheduling, and compliance requirements.
- Experience or knowledge of export operations and cross-functional team management in an engineering or technical product environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex export operations involving technical/electrical/mechanical products requiring coordination across multiple teams.
- Demonstrates strong project management capability, including process optimization and risk mitigation in export and supply chain contexts.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams to integrate product readiness data into operational planning and SIOP processes.
