About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for complex distributed financial systems.
- Validate functional, integration, regression, API, and performance scenarios emphasizing quality, compliance, and scalability.
- Lead QA best practices implementation and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust, scalable test coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software testing and test automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Typescript, or VBScript for automation scripting and framework development.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, UFT) and testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, POM, Hybrid).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or strong interest in FinTech domains such as Order and Execution Management Systems (OEMS), Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), Front Office (FO), and Investment Management (IM).
- Skilled in improving and evolving test automation frameworks focusing on scalability and efficiency in regulated environments.
- Able to work strategically on quality objectives while executing detailed tactical testing with strong root cause analysis skills.
