About This Role
- Manage general accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet and P&L analysis ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Drive month-end close activities ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables aligned with internal controls and reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation and digital tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, Macros, Power Automate) to enhance efficiency and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience in General Accounting/Record-to-Report processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to automation/digital tools for process improvement is preferred.

- Experienced in managing accounting operations within a global or cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex accounting transactions and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Familiar with applying accounting judgment to financial reporting and leveraging technology for process simplification and automation.
