About This Role
- Monitor global security events in real-time using OSINT, media, and social platforms to identify incidents impacting company personnel, assets, or operations.
- Provide initial situational assessments, incident notifications, and support operational decision-making during routine and crisis events.
- Maintain incident logs, collaborate with security teams, and support 24/7 shift-based coverage including nights and weekends.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a security operations center, intelligence, emergency management, international relations, or related field; academic experience or internships may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of OSINT sources, social media monitoring, and situational awareness tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written communication skills for summarizing fast-moving situations.
- Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts to support 24/7/365 operations in-person at the Country Security Operations Center (CSOC).
