About This Role
- Operate and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments with 99.999% uptime SLA across multiple stages including production and disaster recovery.
- Lead incident management including triage, resolution, root cause analysis, and maintain SLOs and error budgets with robust observability tooling.
- Drive cloud migrations (Azure to GCP), optimize cloud costs, manage database performance tuning, security compliance, and build CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as code.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing production cloud infrastructure in DevOps and SRE roles.
- Strong Azure expertise including AKS, VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, and security services.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), Terraform, scripting (Python and Bash), and database operations (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with incident management, SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets), observability tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating high-scale platforms with strict uptime (>99.9%) and latency requirements, serving millions of users or large transaction volumes.
- Experienced in cloud migration projects and managing complex infrastructure with multi-team collaboration including InfoSec and product teams.
- Preferable background includes certifications in Azure or Kubernetes, and experience in retail-tech, fintech, or startup/scale-up environments.
