About This Role
- Lead and mentor two Agile Scrum teams responsible for developing and modernizing critical Grid Software products.
- Define and drive technical vision, architecture strategy, and technology roadmap for legacy and modern product portfolios.
- Oversee software quality, performance, scalability, and engineering governance while managing technical risk and execution planning across multiple initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience including technical leadership and people management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
- Proven expertise in software architecture, C++, Java, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading multiple Scrum teams and delivering complex enterprise software products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing global, high-performing software engineering teams within product engineering organizations.
- Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and modernization of enterprise platforms balancing legacy and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with power systems domain or utility software solutions and ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.
