About This Role
- Manage and support cloud network infrastructure and physical lab hardware including servers, storage, and rack platforms ensuring high availability and performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity across LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments including switches, routers, and security controls.
- Oversee hardware lifecycle tasks such as installations, cabling, power management, preventive maintenance, and upgrades within data center environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network switch management, connectivity management, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in telecom network environments with strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP).
- Demonstrates operational expertise in maintaining data center infrastructure including hardware inventory, rack management, and power distribution.
- Capable of supporting integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms with focus on stability, scalability, and resilience.
