About This Role
- Lead organization readiness and integration efforts in post-merger or carve-out scenarios within financial services, focusing on Day 1/Day 100 milestones and governance.
- Manage Integration or Separation Management Office activities including program management, synergy assessment, vendor management, and execution of IT and organizational integration.
- Deliver commercial and operational diligence, transformation planning, and synergy realization strategies for banking sector M&A transactions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-12 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably banking, with exposure to large M&A transformations pre- or post-deal.
- Strong knowledge of banking value chain and one or more banking functions is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- MBA degree preferred; excellent academic credentials required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives and multiple functional leads in complex M&A and post-merger scenarios within the banking domain.
- Analytical and program management expertise demonstrated through ownership of Integration/Separation Management Office functions and synergy delivery.
- Possesses both consulting aptitude and exposure to FS technology landscapes aiding IT integration and vendor management.
