About This Role
- Coordinate delivery activities with Product Owners and IT DevOps teams to meet Sprint and roadmap milestone goals.
- Manage multi-team project dependencies, risks, and ensure regular project status reporting.
- Create and own comprehensive project plans including short-term Scrum and long-term roadmap planning; oversee JIRA hygiene and vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience including managing large, cross-functional, multi-geography projects.
- Proven expertise in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience managing projects with 50+ people and familiarity with Offshore-Onshore delivery models.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
