About This Role
- Manage and optimize the learning management systems (Skilljar and deeply Cornerstone) including user access, compliance reporting, and digital learning initiatives.
- Oversee technical health, security, and configuration of internal servers and related systems supporting LMS.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and execution of LMS project requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years as LMS Administrator with heavy, verified focus on Cornerstone and experience configuring other LMS platforms like Skilljar.
- 5-6 years hands-on experience with Cornerstone implementation, including building custom events and curriculums.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within functional domain.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in LMS administration focused on Cornerstone.

- Experienced in both strategic and tactical ownership of LMS ecosystems, comfortable managing ambiguity and evolving processes.
