Experienced in managing and evolving medallion-architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) pipelines end-to-end in production environments.
Comfortable operating as the technical liaison in cross-functional settings and influencing non-engineering leadership.
Familiarity with regulated or compliance-sensitive data environments, especially healthcare data, and pragmatic about balancing technical debt and migration risk.
