About This Role
- Lead requirements elicitation, create functional specifications, and develop process artifacts like flow diagrams for banking domain projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and document Functional Specification Designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide application support to ensure smooth change implementation and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 12 years experience as a Business Analyst or techno-functional consultant in banking domain (Core Banking, Cards Payments, Capital Markets, Risk Compliance).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM and traditional Waterfall SDLC.
- Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: 5-12 years in banking domain business analysis roles.

- Skilled in stakeholder management and coordinating across program, technical, and business teams to mitigate risks and ensure delivery.
