About This Role
- Build, refine, and maintain scalable web and core application features using Ruby on Rails across backend and frontend layers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while maintaining and improving existing codebases, including refactoring.
- Participate in deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and code reviews while supporting junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–8 years of hands-on full-stack Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture, Rails conventions, REST principles, and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate).
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL), basic understanding of NoSQL (e.g., Redis), and foundational AWS cloud services experience (EC2, S3, RDS).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git; Work Experience Required: 7–8 years in Ruby on Rails full-stack development.
