About This Role
- Lead data analytics and reporting solutions supporting multiple UHC Growth Office products including UHC Rewards, Store, Hub, and Digital.
- Manage delivery of multiple analytical requests including value studies, executive queries, and performance deep dives, and oversee business dashboards aligned with 2026 project needs.
- Improve reporting consistency and quality of insights across enterprise-level analytics projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4-year university degree.
- 7+ years business experience in analytics projects within Business Intelligence.
- Experience with BIG Data/Cloud Data structures for ad-hoc analysis and proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in team handling and client management; strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional analytics projects supporting multiple business units and products simultaneously.
- Strong technical background in descriptive business analytics techniques (hypothesis testing, clustering, segmentation) and analytic tools (R, Python, BI platforms).
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently and in a team under deadlines, with accountability for outcomes and client engagement.
