About This Role
- Implement and uphold quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes to optimize performance and user experience.
- Utilize Selenium and other automation tools to design, execute, and manage comprehensive test cases including functional, compatibility, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for process improvements, and manage post go-live software support to resolve emerging issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Experience with Selenium for browser automation is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multiple QA automation tools such as Playwright, Tosca, Karate, REST Assured, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Capable of analytical thinking for data interpretation to drive insights and improvements in software quality.
- Has exposure to Banking & Insurance, Pharma & Healthcare, Telecom, Media & Technology sectors, indicating domain versatility.
