About This Role
- Own test planning, execution, and quality assurance for assigned software applications in projects/programmes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage testing risks aligned with business priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing efficiency, automation recommendations, and quality processes including audit and compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in BSS Telecom testing roles.
- Proven experience in designing and reviewing test scenarios, test cases, and regression coverage.
- Demonstrated ability in test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness support.
- Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in relevant testing domain.

- Experienced in handling complex telecom software applications requiring coordination across business and technical teams.
- Familiar with quality risk identification and mitigation in software delivery environments with exposure to automated and non-functional testing concepts.
- Capable of contributing strategically to test strategy enhancements, process improvements, and quality engineering best practices within project teams.
