About This Role
- Own and deliver Workday development, integrations, enhancements focused on reliability, scalability, maintainability, and business impact.
- Reduce backlog and improve system performance, stability, observability, and automation coverage across Workday and related enterprise systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support engineering documentation, code reviews, deployment readiness, and AI-assisted development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership and enterprise system development.
- Proven experience with Workday development, integrations, backend APIs, automation testing, and system design in Agile environments.
- Fluent English required; experience applying AI tools in development workflows mandatory.

- Experienced in delivering high-impact engineering solutions for large-scale distributed enterprise systems with ownership end-to-end.
