About This Role
- Manage and deliver multiple complex software projects across business verticals, ensuring successful deployment from development through production.
- Act as main liaison among Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Client stakeholders to coordinate project execution and client expectations.
- Drive program health via risk management, resource planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall IT industry experience with minimum 6+ years in Project, Program, or Delivery Management roles.
- Strong experience managing complex software delivery programs in the BFSI domain.
- Proficient with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Location: Bengaluru (Onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale technology programs from initiation to production deployment, preferably in BFSI sector.
- Capable of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level client interactions and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and enterprise transformation programs.
