About This Role
- Lead and execute automation and digital transformation initiatives aligned to business priorities, including deployment of RPA and AI solutions within operational workflows.
- Manage cross-functional teams and resources, overseeing delivery schedules, budgets, and performance to meet organizational goals under changing priorities.
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and ROI through continuous improvement methodologies and governance aligned with compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience including at least 5 years in automation, AI implementation, or digital transformation.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Knowledge of PLM systems (SAP S4 HANA, PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile) and PLM processes including CAD integration, BOM, Document, and Change Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in global operations and strategic transformation programs involving AI and automation technologies.
- Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, automation, and PLM systems integration.
- Capable of managing complex multi-program projects balancing resource allocation, costs, and timelines in dynamic environments.
