About This Role
- Drive and implement quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes within the Software and Product Innovation team.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects to optimize performance and enhance user experience using tools like Selenium and AI-assisted automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage quality assurance processes and metrics, support post-go-live activities, and build client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or software testing.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in hands-on use of at least two GenAI/AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing tasks including test-case generation and defect analysis.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining AI-assisted automation frameworks using tools like Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, or REST Assured, and connecting to MCP servers.
- Experienced in programming languages (TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) with strong capabilities in QA engineering, compatibility, and performance testing methodologies.
