About This Role
- Lead quality engineering initiatives to improve software development and testing processes within Technology Consulting.
- Manage and mentor teams to deliver quality outcomes, ensuring project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Hands-on experience with at least two AI/GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT) for software testing is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI accelerator/agent orchestration and applying AI tools for test automation and defect analysis.
- Skilled in programming languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Python and familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong background in Quality Assurance Engineering with strategic planning and client project execution experience, including mentoring capabilities.
