About This Role
- Design and oversee user interface and overall customer experience for key data-dense web applications.
- Develop, execute standard usability testing plans and analyze user feedback using AI-driven research and analytics tools.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools, and mentor junior UI/UX designers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD plus knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JS frameworks (React, Angular).
- Experience using AI-assisted design, code-generation, and UX research tools; skill in applying AI-based accessibility checkers for WCAG compliance.

- Experienced in SaaS product design with a strong focus on client satisfaction and data-driven design decisions.
- Operates well in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects, taking initiative in requirement gathering and continuous skill development.
- Strong collaboration skills working cross-functionally across product, development, operations, sales, and marketing teams; mentorship experience.
