About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of scalable global finance data quality standards, validation rules, and measurement frameworks.
- Manage data quality improvements by identifying root causes and partnering across Finance, Technology, and Data teams to strengthen controls and processes.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance finance data quality and readiness for AI and automation initiatives while influencing senior stakeholders on data priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience including hands-on data quality or data management, preferably in Finance context.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in mathematics, statistics, data science, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proven expertise in data quality frameworks, validation, controls, metrics, remediation, and hands-on AI/ML experience with prototyping or deploying AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Python, Tableau, dbt); ability to work approximately 50% time from BCG office or client locations.
