About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across India, APAC, and potentially EMEA.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and guide hiring decisions using market insights.
- Ensure candidate engagement, manage offer negotiations, maintain ATS data hygiene, and contribute to recruitment process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably hiring for engineering, product, or cybersecurity roles in India/APAC.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in recruiting roles.

- Experienced in technical hiring with knowledge of engineering, product, or cybersecurity talent markets across India/APAC.
- Able to work autonomously in a high-growth startup setting while collaborating with a global recruiting team.
