Willingness and availability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experienced in proactive NOC roles with operational ownership in incident detection, triage, escalation, and resolution across infrastructure, application, data, and security domains.
Strong capability in Microsoft Azure monitoring tools and KQL for alert tuning and investigation, with scripting skills in PowerShell and Azure Automation preferred.
Comfortable managing parallel responsibilities including end-user desktop support and collaborating with Help Desk teams through training and defined escalation procedures.
