About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated testing frameworks and tools for both front-end and back-end components.
- Transform manual test cases into reliable, maintainable automated test suites maintaining optimal balance of speed, reliability, and sustainability.
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Selenium Grid, and Docker to ensure continuous delivery and high-quality product releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer in Test with proven automation framework development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages along with modern testing frameworks like Node.js, WebdriverIO, Selenium, PyTest, etc.
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and integrating/testing with multiple database and CRM/ERP systems.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in software test automation engineering.

- Demonstrates deep automation craftsmanship with experience building testing infrastructure from the ground up used by development teams.
- Has strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, distributed systems, and SaaS/iPaaS ecosystems with ability to validate complex integrations.
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum teams working collaboratively to influence design for testability and delivering quality throughout the development lifecycle.
