About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation testing frameworks for front-end and back-end components.
- Transform manual test coverage into high-value automated test suites ensuring speed, reliability, and sustainability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Selenium Grid, and Docker.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years as a Software Engineer in Test with hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages for production-quality test code.
- Experience with modern testing frameworks and tools such as Node.js, WebdriverIO, Selenium, PyTest or comparable technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in API testing (REST/SOAP), integration validations with databases and third-party platforms; exposure to cloud-based platforms (iPaaS/SaaS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments as an embedded Quality Engineer influencing design and improving testability throughout development lifecycle.
- Skilled in working remotely with distributed teams across time zones demonstrating ownership and proactive collaboration.
- Comfortable with DevOps toolchains and continuous testing environments, including leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
