About This Role
- Own development and deployment of microservice-based, high-performance, scalable Java applications using Spring and SpringBoot.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and project delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years working with Java, Spring, and SpringBoot.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with relational (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch).

- Experienced in designing and deploying microservices in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Capable of leading technical mentorship and contributing to best practices such as test-driven development.
