About This Role
- Design and develop data pipelines to ingest data from source systems into the data warehouse.
- Support and optimize existing data pipelines to meet downstream SLAs.
- Ensure data quality and adherence to data engineering standards including code versioning, readability, testing, deployment, and support within an Agile Tribe environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT project delivery or data development, specifically in Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence.
- Strong SQL and ETL development experience related to Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence.
- Experience with Big Data technologies and cloud environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end data pipeline development and optimization within Agile teams.
- Knowledgeable in data quality management and engineering best practices across code deployment and support.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AWS data integrations (Glue, Athena), Spark, Kafka, and related Big Data/cloud tools indicates higher competitiveness.
