About This Role
- Own end-to-end architecture and development of scalable data pipelines and data platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and Python.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, data quality, governance, and performance optimization across the data platform and teams.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical roadmap decisions influencing cross-team data solutions and addressing systemic data problems.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in Data/ETL Engineering and Architecture, with at least 3 years in senior/lead roles influencing beyond immediate teams.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deep expertise in BigQuery, DataProc, Dataflow.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, DBT, Apache Airflow, and ETL tools such as Talend or Fivetran.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
