About This Role
- Design, develop, and lead scalable web application features with end-to-end ownership of both frontend and backend components.
- Resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks independently across full stack in cloud-native, microservices-based SaaS products.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring junior engineers, leading code reviews, and setting quality/performance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years related software development experience (or 6+ years with Master’s, or 3+ years with PhD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend languages (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pune 3-4 days per week; candidates must be based in Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior full-stack engineer comfortable with cloud-native microservices architecture and enterprise SaaS product development.
- Demonstrates strong strategic problem-solving skills with ability to independently own and deliver complex features under limited guidance.
- Able to provide technical mentorship and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced Agile environment focused on scalable, performant, maintainable code.
