About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects including development, testing, migration, data, and engineering programs.
- Provide data-driven status updates on schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to maintain stakeholder confidence.
- Take a proactive role in issue escalation with impact analysis and recovery strategies; capable of stepping in as Scrum Master and driving Agile execution details.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience across technology initiatives including development, testing, migration, data, and engineering.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with hands-on sprint-based delivery management and Scrum Master capabilities.
- Strong knowledge and application of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Experience with project metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

- Experienced technology project leader capable of adapting SDLC approaches based on project needs.
- Hands-on approach with ability to dive deep into delivery details and resolve execution-level challenges.
- Capable of coaching and leading Agile teams, with demonstrated Scrum Master skills and focus on quality and predictability improvements using data-driven methods.
