About This Role
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) ensuring alignment and efficient value delivery across multiple teams and program increments.
- Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, remove blockers, and support execution of planning, synchronization, and backlog refinement.
- Drive stakeholder collaboration, inter-team synchronization, and continuous improvement by tracking metrics, optimizing delivery flow, and representing status to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing large, multi-year complex projects with global teams through full lifecycle from inception to implementation.
- Mandatory skills include Agile Planning facilitation, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder engagement in large-scale Agile environments.
- Preferred credentials: PMP/SAFe certification (mentioned as highly valued, not strictly mandatory).
- Location requirement: Role based out of Pune, India.

- Experienced in multi-team, program-level Agile delivery with strong coordination and coaching skills across Scrum Masters and teams.
- Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalate issues effectively in a complex technology environment.
