About This Role
- Design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and automation solutions using Python and modern API/framework technologies.
- Build AI agents and workflows leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and enterprise data sources, supporting integration with platforms like Databricks, Azure OpenAI, Salesforce, SAP, and enterprise identity solutions.
- Own the full lifecycle from requirements and design through testing, deployment, production support, and documentation while collaborating closely with architects, business, data engineering, and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years overall software engineering, automation, data, or AI development experience; 3+ years strong Python development experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, data science, or related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM based application development, Azure services including Azure OpenAI, container deployment (Docker), and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with REST APIs, system integration, source control (Git/GitHub), authentication/authorization (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD), and enterprise platform integrations (Salesforce, SAP, Power BI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced mid to senior level engineer comfortable with owning end-to-end AI and automation solution delivery in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Python and cloud-native AI application development with Azure, including containerization and LLM frameworks like LangChain or equivalent.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integrations, secure deployment practices, and working in hybrid team models under technical leadership.
