About This Role
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for standard standalone laser machines used in marking, cutting, cleaning, and welding applications.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations, handle inbound inquiries, and manage sales pipeline through CRM/ERP tools (ERPNext preferred).
- Build and maintain customer and channel partner relationships; coordinate with internal teams for customer support and attend industry events for lead generation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in laser systems or capital equipment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of laser machine specifications, use cases, and B2B sales processes, including handling technical objections and quotation preparation.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% across India for site visits, customer trials, and trade shows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in selling technical capital equipment with ability to conduct solution selling and technical demonstrations.
- Familiar with managing sales pipelines using CRM/ERP platforms, preferably ERPNext.
- Capable of engaging with diverse industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, pharma, jewelry, tools, and fabrication.
