About This Role
- Execute and deliver client engagements focused on governance, risk & compliance, internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management.
- Perform internal control testing, assess SOX frameworks, and ensure quality and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Manage engagement budgets, develop client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to knowledge management and methodology development.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor or Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: 0-1 year post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.
- Location: Based in Gurugram; must be available to travel outside office location at least 50% of the time; valid passport required.
- Work Hours: Willingness to work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has foundational knowledge of governance, risk & compliance, and internal audit processes suited to a consulting advisory role.
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles involving collaboration with process owners and functional heads across industries.
- Capable of managing engagements independently with attention to detail, mentoring juniors, and applying audit standards effectively.
