About This Role
- Monitor and manage the health, availability, and access controls of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions and privileged accounts.
- Perform privileged session monitoring, incident alert analysis, troubleshooting, and escalate issues according to defined SOPs and SLAs to ensure 24x7 operational support.
- Maintain compliance records, support audits, and prepare daily operational and incident reports related to privileged access management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in privileged access management or related cybersecurity operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru at the client location and support 24x7 operations including rotational shifts.
- Experience coordinating with L2/L3 teams, SOC, Active Directory, Windows/Linux, network, and application teams; strict adherence to security policies and least-privilege principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end privileged access management operations with strong incident monitoring and escalation skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-availability, 24x7 operational environment requiring adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
- Skilled at coordinating across technical teams (SOC, network, application) and managing operational documentation and audit support.
