Experience coordinating with L2/L3 teams, SOC, Active Directory, Windows/Linux, network, and application teams; strict adherence to security policies and least-privilege principles.
Experienced in end-to-end privileged access management operations with strong incident monitoring and escalation skills.
Comfortable working in a high-availability, 24x7 operational environment requiring adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
Skilled at coordinating across technical teams (SOC, network, application) and managing operational documentation and audit support.
