About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives in Asset Management within BFSI domain.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements definition, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery to ensure business value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years experience in project/program management in technology environments.
- Strong Asset Management domain knowledge.
- Experience delivering Data, Cloud or Analytics programs in an enterprise environment with working knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data platform architectures.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong strategic alignment skills.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into scalable technology execution plans, especially in Asset Management and BFSI sectors.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate vendors within large-scale digital transformation programs.
