About This Role
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for implementing DCKAP Integrator connecting eCommerce platforms with ERP/API systems.
- Draft and manage Business and Functional Requirement Documents; lead User Acceptance Testing and Go-Live delivery.
- Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot ERP, CRM, and eCommerce system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Epicor Prophet21).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience, with at least 2 years in relevant domain experience.
- Proven experience managing complex systems integration projects including BRD/FRD drafting and leading UAT.
- Proficiency in using Jira and knowledge of REST APIs.
- Client-facing experience with commitment to customer success.
