About This Role
- Generate and manage leads across multiple channels including digital, offline, and referral sources.
- Build and execute lead generation campaigns with a focus on improving lead quality and volume.
- Coordinate with sales/relationship management teams to nurture and convert leads; track and optimize conversion funnels.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or marketing management.
- Experience preferably in BFSI/financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and campaign analytics.

- Experienced in managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns with measurable impact on conversion rates.
- Familiar with coordinating between marketing and sales teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Has worked within or has domain understanding of BFSI or financial services marketing environments.
