About This Role
- Lead creative development and concept design for experiential projects including museums, exhibitions, heritage installations, immersive environments, and experience centres.
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams, studio workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Integrate immersive and AI-powered technologies into design concepts, develop presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in visual storytelling, concept development, creative or experiential design, preferably with government or institutional projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Architecture Exhibition Design or related creative discipline.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and generative creative workflows.
- Experience working in design studios, experiential agencies, or exhibition design firms; film making experience is a strong advantage.

- Experienced leader with strong studio management skills handling multiple high-visibility experiential design projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to translate complex narratives into engaging spatial and immersive experiences involving technology integration.
