About This Role
- Oversee multiple teams within Transaction Services including Screening, Trade/Cash Processing, Agent Bank Operations, Client Service, and Lending Operations.
- Lead project development end-to-end including strategy, execution, and reporting for transition and change management initiatives.
- Establish and monitor risk and governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while driving process improvements and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in staff management and leading projects in related financial services domains (Trade Settlements/Trade Processing preferred).
- Knowledge of Asset Management industry processes and various financial products such as Equity, Fixed Income, Money Market Instruments, and Foreign Exchange preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant financial operations and leadership roles.
