About This Role
- Analyze operational data reports and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes within Finance Operations.
- Optimize working capital by managing revenue and cash flow visibility and streamlining billing processes across the order to cash process.
- Handle cash application processing, including resolving queries, applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and managing cash receipt to finalization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of work experience in Order to Cash operations.
- Bachelor's degree: BCom mandatory.
- Primary skill required: Order to Cash (OTC) - P5 level.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Experienced in end-to-end finance operations, specifically in cash application and revenue cycle management.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and able to analyze and solve complex problems independently.
- Capable of interacting with peers, management, and occasionally clients, possibly overseeing small teams or efforts.
